ENTJ is one of the 16 personality types drawn out by the Myers-Briggs personality test. The core traits on which this personality type is based are extroverted, intuition, thinking, and judging.
Extroverted characteristics make a crowd or an event for a very conducive environment for an ENTJ personality type. They are extremely outgoing, love interacting with people from various backgrounds, and focusing on the outside world fuels their soul. Being the center of attention is something they would never shy away from.
ENTJs are highly intuitive and hence they have a great sense of foresight and are able to focus on the bigger picture rather than just the present-day details. Churning out innovative solutions, with the power of imagination and the ability to think outside the box are some of the other attributes of an ENTJ.

ENTJs are exceptional leaders and in general, make for great bosses. Their main focus is on work to be done in time and efficiently. An ENTJ is not a fan of micromanaging, however, he or she will not tolerate tardiness or inefficiency in their team. ENTJ as a colleague:
They are masters at brainstorming, reviewing, and critiquing ideas. As a colleague, an ENTJ can come across as helpful, especially during pressurizing times, they can really offer some great advice on getting the job done more efficiently. Also, their general tendency is to lean towards taking a lead when it comes to projects and acting with authority. This level of confidence can sometimes throw people off and their energy feels overbearing.
ENTJ as a subordinate:
ENTJs are high achievers and having this personality type as a subordinate is not the easiest task. They are extremely hard working and confident in their work, which makes them question authority when they feel they are not being directed on the right path. They strive for growth opportunities in their career and are strong-willed to achieve a level of success in their profession. A fast-paced work environment that keeps an ENTJ on their toes is also what keeps them most productive.
